It is not lawmakers, or manufacturers or homeowners alone. Through training, tools and resources SELA helps all energy users make smart energy decisions. Educated energy users, acting in their own self-interest, purchasing energy-efficiency products and services from a well-trained, capable group of companies, produce economic and environmental benefits for all.
